About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Valuation Surveyor to join their hybrid team, focusing on mixed-use properties within the Wolverhampton area. This role is vital for providing accurate and reliable property valuations for a variety of purposes, including investment, finance, and due diligence. You will work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality reports and expert advice. This position offers a dynamic mix of field work and office-based tasks, with the flexibility to integrate remote working days.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting valuations for a diverse range of mixed-use properties , including retail, office, and residential components.
- Preparing comprehensive valuation reports for various clients and purposes.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to gather necessary information.
- Ensuring compliance with RICS Valuation Professional Standards (Red Book).
- Assisting with due diligence processes for acquisitions and disposals.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and valuation best practices.
Requirements
- Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a strong background in valuation.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in surveying and valuation.
- Demonstrable experience with mixed-use property portfolios.
- Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage workload effectively, balancing remote and office-based duties in the Wolverhampton region.
