We are seeking a talented Van Technician to join a reputable fleet maintenance company based in Croydon, Surrey. Competitive salary of up to £41,000 per year Quarterly bonus of up to £3,000 after six months Overtime available to increase earnings Working Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm Optional Saturday rota (1 in 3), paid as overtime Stable workload with major passenger car and commercial fleet contracts Supportive team environment focusing on quality and safetyDuties of a Van Technician:

Conducting servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles, including vans such as Vivaro, Sprinter, and Crafters Performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on brakes, clutches, suspension, turbochargers, and timing belts Handling warranty work and some gearbox repairs (outsourced outside warranty) Maintaining vehicles ranging from 6 months to 5-6 years old Managing a high-volume workload of over 20 vehicles per day Ensuring all work complies with company procedures and safety standardsRequirements of a Van Technician:
