Accurately assess vehicle damage and generate detailed repair estimates compliant with manufacturer standards Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance providers to negotiate repair costs Control supplementary authorisation processes, including parts and labour approval Generate repair orders, PAS documents, and oversee repair procedures from commencement to completion Maintain precise customer and vehicle records within the management system Verify estimates, ensure quality control, and conduct comprehensive inspections for safety and standard compliance Assist in controlling repair timelines and manage additional authorisations as necessary Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and transferred to relevant departmentsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator within a busy accident repair environment ATA qualification as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) or equivalent Solid understanding of vehicle construction, safety features, and repair methodologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficiency with estimating systems such as Audatex and adherence to PAS 125 standards Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a team setting Full UK driving licenceIf you are an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator eager to join a forward-thinking customer-focused repair centre, we invite you to apply.
