Vehicle Damage Operations Lead

McCarthy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Damage Manager in Poole to lead the vehicle damage function and a high-performing team. You will own the damage lifecycle, ensuring fair assessments and strong cost recovery while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
