Vehicle Sales Administrator

To manage the administration and coordination of bodywork repair activity, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely vehicle return to service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bodywork repair jobs from intake to completion

• Liaise with bodyshops, insurers, and suppliers to progress repairs

• Manage estimates, approvals, and invoicing in line with agreed processes

• Track vehicle status and update systems accurately

• Ensure photographic evidence and documentation are captured and stored correctly

• Monitor repair quality and escalate concerns where standards are not met

• Support reporting on repair volumes, costs, and turnaround times
