Job Title:- Vehicle Technician (British Premium)
Salary:- £32,282 - £38,000 with an OTE £50,678 basic with £18,396 bonus potential

Whether you're already working within a main dealer environment or you're a strong Technician looking to move into the network, there are opportunities here to develop and progress.

What will you be doing?
The usual Technician responsibilities, but at a premium brand where quality and process matter.
You’ll be:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach
Working with the latest technology
Completing electronic job sheets, service reports and vehicle documentation
Carrying out high-quality vehicle health checks and videos
Maintaining excellent workshop housekeeping and health & safety standards
Working closely with the Workshop Controller and Aftersales team to deliver work on time and to the right standard
Continuing your development through structured manufacturer training pathways
What do we need from you?
A relevant NVQ / IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification
Experience within a Main Dealership
A full UK driving licence
