We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician in Winchester, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a reputable dealership environment with clear career progression pathways. The Vehicle Technician role offers competitive remuneration, ongoing training, and a supportive team structure.

Basic salary from £32,000, dependent on experience
On target earnings up to £38,000
Monday to Friday working hours (08:00 – 17:30)
Optional overtime opportunities

Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to high standards
Perform vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
Complete work within specified timeframes
Keep accurate records of all work carried out
Participate in manufacturing training programmes
Comply with health and safety regulations
Maintain tools and workshop equipment in good conditionVehicle Technician Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
Full UK driving licence (preferably clean)
MOT Testing licence highly advantageous
Demonstrable diagnostic skills
Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Attention to detail and high standards of work
