Vehicle Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, an reputable automotive specialist garage located in Swanley. Benefits of the Vehicle Technician:

Salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum, with potential to increase through performance-based bonuses Uncapped bonus structure starting at 10%, based on productivity and hours sold Working hours from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7.30am to 2.30pm on Fridays 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Access to the workshop for personal vehicles, including family cars Use of workshop facilities at leisure, including the opportunity to participate in company track days at venues such as Brands Hatch Parts provided at cost price Contribution to a government pension schemeDuties of the Vehicle Technician:

Conduct servicing and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles Diagnose faults accurately using advanced diagnostic tools Perform suspension work, electrical testing, and general mechanical repairs Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction Support the team in vehicle inspections and quality control processes Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations within the workshop environmentRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:
