Our client who is one of the UKs fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a Vehicle Technician based at their retail centre in Yeovil .
As aVehicle Technician you would be responsible for reviewing work on customers vehicles, completing wide range of fast fit mechanical work and light and full-service work.
You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!
Location: Yeovil
Pay / salary: £32,000 to £34,000
OTE: Uncapped and realistic £3,600
Shift and schedule: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

• Light and full-service work
• Fast fit duties such as replacing and repairing brakes, exhausts, car batteries, suspension parts
• Operating precision wheel alignment machinery, interpreting readings, and completing accurate adjustments
• Carrying out precise tyre diagnostics, fast-fit replacements, and repairs across various vehicle makes xwwtmva
• Working with the rest of the workshop to achieve targets
• Work as a team with the other Vehicle Technicians

To be a Vehicle Technician you will need:

• Valid UK driving licence Essential
• Experience working as a Vehicle Technician (no qualifications needed)
• Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further
• Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars
