Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Basingstoke. Applicants must hold a recognised qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous main dealership experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £38,771 basic per annum plus bonus,OTE: Up to £52,841
Hours: Full Time, 4 or 5-day working options available

Vehicle Technician Role
Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults
Complete repairs to manufacturer and dealership standards
Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation
Work closely with the wider Aftersales and workshop team
Vehicle Technician Requirements
Min Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent recognised automotive qualification
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician
Strong vehicle servicing, maintenance, repair and diagnostic skills
