• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in VC/PE firms, investment banking, Consulting, Partnerships, or Business Development roles with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience with the local startup ecosystem.
• Experience managing products and technologies within Cloud or SaaS sectors.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as Founder in a Chief Officer (CxO) role at a startup in a venture capital (VC) firm.
• Experience creating and executing on a Go-To-Market strategy in the startups and digital native space.
• Track record of establishing exectuive relationships with Venture Capitals/startup ecosystem.
• Ability to engage effectively with executives, paired with the technical literacy required to interact with Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google Cloud’s partnerships efforts within your designated portfolio of leading Venture Capital firms.
• Work closely with Google Cloud regional sales leadership and other internal stakeholders to develop ecosystem strategy for the region, and Venture Capital partner-specific strategies.
• Build and expand long-term relationships with the key partners at assigned Venture Capitals, translating into long-term partnership agreements with Venture Capital firms.
• Reach out and develop relationships with Venture Capital portfolio companies in coordination with local sales teams and help sales teams prioritize portfolio companies to target.
• Drive value creation for the portfolio companies through the adoption and usage of Google Cloud services, liaising with various functions internally to address the needs of portfolio companies.
