About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Venue Catering Coordinator to manage catering arrangements for events held at their venue in Nottingham . This role is key to ensuring that all catering aspects are seamlessly executed, meeting client expectations and adhering to venue standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding their catering needs, coordinating closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver exceptional service across a range of events in Nottingham .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all venue catering requirements.
• Develop and customise catering packages based on client needs and venue offerings.
• Coordinate with the culinary team on menu selection, dietary requirements, and preparation schedules.
• Liaise with event managers and venue operations staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage catering budgets for assigned events, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering at event locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering coordination, event management, or a similar role within a venue or hospitality setting.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
