Compass Community in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire is hiring a Residential Support Worker to join a therapeutic home for children and young people. You will work in a close-knit team, helping children feel safe, build confidence and prepare for adulthood, with access to a school and outdoor activities.

No prior care experience is required; comprehensive training, two weeks classroom, supported shifts, and ongoing guidance are provided.
