Role: Veterinary Surgeon – Financial Package up to £100,000 at Powderham Vets (closely aligned with Kingsteignton Vets and South Devon Veterinary Hospital)

Hours: Full-time or part-time (20–40 hours/week)

Practice Group: Powderham Vets (closely aligned with Kingsteignton Vets and South Devon Veterinary Hospital)

Some responsibilities for this role may include:

• Implementing Care Frameworks to standardise clinical excellence
• Clinical Governance, auditing, and promoting Quality Improvement
• Driving sustainable practice protocols and clinical team development
• Building collaborative bridges between multi-site practices and referral partners

• Flexible rota: Full-time preferred (40 hours/week), but open to part-time (24–40 hours/week)
