Role: Veterinary Surgeon – Financial Package up to £100,000 at Powderham Vets (closely aligned with Kingsteignton Vets and South Devon Veterinary Hospital)
Hours: Full-time or part-time (20–40 hours/week)
Practice Group: Powderham Vets (closely aligned with Kingsteignton Vets and South Devon Veterinary Hospital)

Some responsibilities for this role may include:
- Implementing Care Frameworks to standardise clinical excellence
- Clinical Governance, auditing, and promoting Quality Improvement
- Driving sustainable practice protocols and clinical team development
- Building collaborative bridges between multi-site practices and referral partners
