VFO Senior

RECfinancial are currently recruiting for this well established Coventry based group of Practices, as is looks to recruit an experienced VFO Senior or Assistant Manager to their team. If you're feeling stuck in a rut or needing a new and exciting challenge, this could be the role for you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing VFO / Outsourced finance team, working closely with a portfolio of clients while taking on real leadership responsibility.

You’ll be the go-to for your clients – overseeing delivery, building relationships and ensuring high-quality output – all while mentoring a team and helping shape the future of the service.

What your role will involve as the VFO Senior.

Managing your own portfolio of outsourced finance clients Acting as a key client contact and trusted advisor Leading, reviewing and supporting the VFO team Working closely with senior leadership to drive service growth Developing junior team members and improving processes

What we’re looking for in the person for the VFO Senior role. ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience) Background in outsourced finance / VFO or team leadership Strong client-facing and communication skills Organised, proactive and confident taking ownership What's on offer for the VFO Senior.
