Vice President Investment Banking

We are currently working with a growing M&A advisory firm in London looking to add a Senior Associate / Vice President to its team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to take on greater ownership of transactions within a lean, entrepreneurial environment, working closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal process.

The role will involve end-to-end M&A execution , including managing key transaction workstreams, financial analysis and valuation, coordinating due diligence processes, preparing transaction materials, managing junior team members and maintaining day-to-day client interaction.

The ideal profile will have:

• Strong M&A experience from an investment bank or corporate finance advisory firm
• A track record of successfully completed transactions
• Experience across the full M&A lifecycle
• Strong modelling, valuation and technical capabilities
• Experience managing transaction workstreams and junior team members
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients
• For candidates at VP level, previous exposure to business services, technology-enabled services or related sectors is preferred

The team operates with relatively lean deal teams, providing significant responsibility and exposure from an early stage.
