Vice President or Director | Infrastructure Finance | London:

This role is with a leading Investment Bank who are looking for an experienced infrastructure and project finance professional to take on a senior execution and origination role, working across complex financing transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and transition sectors throughout EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure and project finance transactions.
• Manage relationships with sponsors, developers, infrastructure funds, corporates, and public sector clients.
• Drive transaction execution across lending, advisory, acquisition financing, refinancings, and structured debt solutions.
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate internal stakeholders including Risk, Legal, Syndications, and Capital Markets teams.
• Negotiate financing documentation and commercial transaction terms.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while taking ownership of key client relationships.
• Support broader business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the franchise.

Requirements:

• Significant experience within Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance, Energy Finance, Acquisition Finance, or Structured Finance.
• Strong track record executing complex transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Proven financial modelling, credit analysis, and structuring capabilities.
• Existing network across sponsors, developers, infrastructure funds, utilities, corporates, and advisory firms.
• Ability to lead transactions independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
