Overview

We are now working with a really successful investment bank - the firm has a great track record in tech M&A and has advised some very high profile clients in the sector.

They are looking to recruit a Vice President into their Technology M&A team.

Responsibilities

• The role will focus on assisting the execution of transactions including technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs for expanding software and other tech business
• Working closely with clients, advising them on deal strategy and structuring
• Taking responsibility for due diligence and other reports for clients
• Supervising junior team members

Qualifications

• Background in M&A, corporate development, private equity
