About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join their media production team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual narratives that engage and entertain audiences. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in modern editing software. You will contribute to a wide array of video content, from promotional materials to short films and social media clips.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging final products according to project briefs and creative direction.
• Select appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the visual storytelling.
• Ensure all edits are technically sound, meeting required specifications for various platforms (e.g., web, broadcast, social media).
• Collaborate with directors and producers to achieve the desired look, feel, and narrative flow of each video.
• Manage and organize video assets, project files, and archival materials efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse editing styles.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery standards.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines, adaptable to hybrid work .
