About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join their team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and contribute to compelling visual content for the Arts & Entertainment industry. You will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished, engaging videos that meet project objectives. This role is ideal for an editor who is passionate about storytelling through visual media and thrives in a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging content for various platforms.
• Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance video storytelling.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project requirements and creative vision.
• Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently.
• Ensure final video output meets technical specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of video editing principles, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic color correction is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, essential for remote collaboration.
