About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of catering services for virtual events, including menu selection, dietary requirement management, and delivery logistics.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their event vision, budget, and specific catering needs, providing expert recommendations and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of trusted catering partners and delivery services across various regions.
• Manage event schedules, supplier confirmations, and all pre-event preparations to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event coordination process, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
