Key Responsibilities

• Manage event platforms and technologies (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Webex), ensuring smooth operation.
• Develop event schedules, coordinate speakers, and manage registration processes.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials for virtual events.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live virtual events.
• Analyze event performance data and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination , with a focus on virtual events.
• Familiarity with various virtual event platforms and online collaboration tools .
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with speakers, attendees, and internal teams.
