Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all technical and logistical aspects of virtual events.
• Manage and operate virtual event platforms, ensuring smooth streaming and interactive features.
• Liaise with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to provide support before, during, and after events.
• Develop engaging content strategies and interactive elements for virtual sessions.
• Monitor virtual event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to attendees and speakers during live sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating or managing virtual events and online meetings.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, Hopin, Bizzabo, or similar.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• A creative mindset for designing engaging online experiences.
