About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and technically adept Virtual Event Producer to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging online events from a Cambridge base, fully remotely. This position requires a blend of project management, technical expertise, and creative flair to deliver seamless and impactful virtual experiences. You will be responsible for all stages of event production, ensuring high-quality content delivery and audience engagement in the digital space, working independently to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of virtual events, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Select and manage virtual event platforms and associated technologies to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients, speakers, and stakeholders to define event goals and content strategy.
• Oversee live streaming, content integration, and interactive elements during events.
• Manage technical aspects, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure a flawless virtual experience.
• Analyze post-event data and provide comprehensive reports on engagement and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Event Producer or in a similar role managing complex online events.
• Strong technical proficiency with virtual event platforms, streaming software, and AV production.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Creative mindset with a focus on attendee engagement and experience design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for remote collaboration .
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving virtual event trends.
