Virtual Events Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and organized Virtual Events Coordinator to manage and execute a range of online hospitality and tourism-related events. This fully remote position involves conceptualizing engaging virtual experiences, coordinating with speakers and vendors, managing event platforms, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience. You will play a key role in expanding our client's reach and engagement through innovative digital strategies, leveraging technology to deliver memorable online events from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events, including webinars, online conferences, and virtual tours.
• Manage event registration, attendee communication, and pre- and post-event engagement strategies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all event elements are aligned and delivered on time.
• Utilize event management software and virtual platforms to facilitate smooth event flow and engagement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live events to ensure a positive attendee experience.
• Analyze event data and provide reports on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement in remote event execution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong focus on virtual or online events.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Cvent) and event management tools.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and creatively in a remote setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
