Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of virtual concerts, performances, and interactive entertainment events.
• Source and manage relationships with streaming platforms, technology providers, and virtual event software vendors.
• Collaborate closely with artists, performers, and their management teams to ensure technical and creative requirements are met for online delivery.
• Oversee the technical setup, rehearsals, and live execution of virtual events, ensuring high-quality audio-visual output and smooth transitions.
• Develop engaging digital strategies to promote virtual events and drive audience participation and interaction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for all virtual production activities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Event Producer or Production Manager, with a significant focus on virtual and live streaming events .
• Deep understanding of live streaming technologies, video conferencing platforms, and virtual event production workflows.
• Experience in coordinating complex technical productions with multiple stakeholders, including artists, technical crews, and external partners.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with international teams and artists.
• Familiarity with the online arts and entertainment landscape and digital audience engagement strategies.
