Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update hygiene and safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
• Conduct virtual audits and inspections of facilities to assess compliance levels.
• Provide guidance and training to site managers and staff on best hygiene practices.
• Investigate and report on any hygiene or safety incidents, recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and training.
• Stay abreast of new regulations and industry standards related to workplace hygiene and safety.

Requirements

• Experience in health and safety, environmental health, or a compliance-focused role.
• Thorough knowledge of hygiene standards, COSHH, and workplace safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, reporting, and virtual communication.
