About the Role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Virtual Nursery Assistant to support their online early years program based remotely near Leeds . In this dynamic role, you will assist educators in delivering engaging virtual lessons, facilitating online parent workshops, and managing digital learning resources. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for children participating in their remote educational offerings. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for early childhood education, all delivered within a flexible, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead educators in preparing and delivering online learning sessions for young children.
- Help manage digital learning platforms, ensuring resources are accessible and user-friendly.
- Provide technical support to educators, children, and parents during virtual activities.
- Support the organization and delivery of online parent engagement sessions and workshops.
- Maintain digital records of student participation and educator feedback.

Requirements
- A foundational understanding of early childhood education principles (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Experience in a support role, preferably within education or a childcare setting.
- Proficiency with common digital collaboration tools and video conferencing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
