About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Virtual Nursery Assistant to support their online early years program based remotely near Leeds . In this dynamic role, you will assist educators in delivering engaging virtual lessons, facilitating online parent workshops, and managing digital learning resources. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for children participating in their remote educational offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead educators in preparing and delivering online learning sessions for young children.
• Help manage digital learning platforms, ensuring resources are accessible and user-friendly.
• Provide technical support to educators, children, and parents during virtual activities.
• Support the organization and delivery of online parent engagement sessions and workshops.
• Maintain digital records of student participation and educator feedback.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging digital content for early learners.

Requirements

• A foundational understanding of early childhood education principles (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Experience in a support role, preferably within education or a childcare setting.
• Proficiency with common digital collaboration tools and video conferencing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
