About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design innovative VR experiences from initial idea through to final implementation.

• Collaborate with 3D artists and developers to ensure the aesthetic and functional integrity of VR environments.
• Define user interaction models and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces within virtual spaces.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to optimize user experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging VR technologies, trends, and best practices in immersive design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing user experiences for VR or other immersive technologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically sound VR design projects.
• Proficiency with VR design and prototyping tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Tilt Brush, VR Mockup tools).
• Understanding of 3D space, spatial audio, and human-computer interaction principles in VR.
• Excellent visual design skills and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
