Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual skin consultations using video conferencing tools to assess client skin types, conditions, and concerns.
• Develop and present personalized skincare plans, recommending appropriate products and routines based on scientific principles and individual needs.
• Provide expert advice on ingredient efficacy, product usage, and best practices for maintaining healthy skin.
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, addressing common issues and myths within the beauty industry.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, tracking progress and follow-up appointments.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and common dermatological conditions.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role such as a Skincare Advisor , Aesthetician, or Dermatology Nurse.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and virtual presentation skills.
• Comfortable using various video conferencing platforms and CRM systems.
• A background in cosmetology, dermatology, or a related health science field is preferred.
