In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking expert advice on skincare routines, product selection, and addressing specific skin concerns through digital channels. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized, accurate, and friendly guidance, contributing to a positive brand experience entirely from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert skincare advice and personalized recommendations to clients via live chat, email, and video calls.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their skin type, concerns, and goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage, ingredients, and skin conditions.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide insights from customer interactions.

Requirements

• A strong passion for skincare and a solid understanding of cosmetic ingredients and dermatological principles.
• Previous experience in customer service, beauty advising, or a related role is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
