Visitor Experience Host

The Royal British Legion is seeking a Visitor Services Assistant at the National Memorial Arboretum in Burton-on-Trent. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, greet guests at admissions, handle payments, and promote tours, walks, events, and donations while ensuring a smooth visitor experience.

You’ll need to be friendly, confident talking to people, and capable of staying calm when busy. Experience in customer service or retail is useful, and you’ll work with Welcome Desk
