Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement captivating visual merchandising displays across the store, in line with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and evergreen display strategies.
• Ensure all displays are maintained to a high standard, keeping them fresh and appealing.
• Collaborate with the store management team to align visual strategies with sales objectives.
• Source and manage props and display materials effectively.
• Stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities to inform display strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Excellent creativity and artistic flair.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in Bradford .
• Proficiency in using visual display tools and basic knowledge of retail operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
