About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store presentation of their retail locations in and around Southampton . This role is crucial for creating captivating displays that attract customers, drive sales, and reinforce the brand's aesthetic. You will be responsible for interpreting brand guidelines and translating them into inspiring visual experiences that appeal to the target market. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for retail display, ensuring our client's stores are visually appealing and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing product displays and store layouts according to brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain window displays and in-store merchandising to attract customer attention.
• Ensure all merchandise is presented effectively, maximizing sales potential and brand impact.
• Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to align visual merchandising with promotional campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished and presented attractively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Excellent creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with basic design software is a plus.
