About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for implementing brand guidelines, creating impactful window displays, and curating in-store presentations. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative and commercially effective visual merchandising displays, including window presentations and in-store layouts.
• Ensure all displays align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with store teams to execute merchandising plans and maintain visual integrity.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with inventory teams to ensure product availability for displays.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform visual strategies.
• Create and maintain visual standards guides for store staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and spatial planning.
• Excellent creative flair and an eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
• Proficiency in basic design software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to different store locations as needed.
