About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store presentation and customer experience at their prominent retail location in Bradford . This role is essential for translating brand aesthetics into compelling visual displays that attract customers and drive sales. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing eye-catching displays across the store, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping environment. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating impactful retail experiences in West Yorkshire .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing product displays and store layouts according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Create attractive window displays that capture customer attention and drive footfall.
• Plan and execute merchandise placement to maximize sales potential and product visibility.
• Maintain and update displays regularly, ensuring a fresh and engaging store presentation.
• Collaborate with the store management team to align visual merchandising strategies with sales objectives.
• Ensure all visual merchandising materials and props are well-maintained and utilized effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, color theory, and spatial design.
• Excellent creative flair and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual displays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the store team.
• Proficiency in sketching or using design software to present visual concepts is a plus.
