Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching window displays and in-store visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute floor layouts to optimize customer flow and product visibility.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines across all displays.
• Collaborate with the store management team on seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Manage and maintain display materials and props, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
• Stay updated on current retail trends and competitor activities to inform visual strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and retail aesthetics.
• Excellent spatial awareness and ability to create impactful displays.
• Proficiency with relevant design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with store teams and management.
