About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and store layouts that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement captivating window and in-store displays according to brand guidelines.
• Create store layouts that optimize traffic flow and product visibility.
• Plan and execute seasonal visual merchandising initiatives and promotional setups.
• Ensure all displays are maintained to a high standard, reflecting brand identity.
• Collaborate with the retail operations team to align visual strategies with sales goals.
• Source props and materials required for visual merchandising projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
• Proficiency in basic design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
