Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies for store windows, interior displays, and product presentations.
• Create detailed plans and mock-ups for visual displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Source and manage props, fixtures, and materials required for displays.
• Provide remote guidance and support to store teams on display execution and maintenance.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in visual merchandising, retail design, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative display concepts and execution.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and brand aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
