Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching in-store displays, window presentations, and merchandising layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to align visual merchandising with current campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and visual standards across all retail locations, balancing creative vision with commercial objectives.
• Manage the inventory of visual merchandising props and materials, ensuring they are maintained and updated as needed.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices and standards.
• Stay current with industry trends in visual merchandising, fashion, and retail design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar visual display role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising concepts and execution.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and current retail trends.
• Ability to create compelling visual narratives that enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
