About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store presentation and shopping experience at their flagship store in Liverpool . You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that attract customers, highlight products, and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, brand aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual executions within the retail space in Liverpool .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement captivating window displays and in-store visual merchandising layouts.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring optimal presentation and flow.
• Collaborate with the store management and buying teams to align visual merchandising with sales strategies and promotions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and store environments.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to support merchandising plans.
• Stay updated on retail trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform design choices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual display work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, and spatial arrangement.
• Proficiency in using design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store teams.
