About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their retail team in Milton Keynes . Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging window displays and in-store merchandising layouts according to brand guidelines.
• Create eye-catching product displays that highlight key items and promotions.

• Ensure all displays are maintained to a high standard, keeping them fresh and inspiring.
• Analyze sales performance data related to visual merchandising initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related visual display role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual merchandising concepts and execution.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Proficiency in retail software and design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Milton Keynes area.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
