About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Cardiff . You will be responsible for creating compelling visual displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This role involves a blend of in-store execution and remote planning, ensuring brand consistency across multiple locations. You will work closely with the store management and marketing teams to translate brand aesthetics into impactful visual strategies within the Cardiff store, influencing product presentation and store ambiance to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing product displays and store layouts according to brand guidelines.
• Create captivating window displays and in-store arrangements to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Update displays regularly to reflect seasonal changes, promotions, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure effective product placement and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for merchandising improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Excellent sense of style, color, and spatial design.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to other sites for hybrid responsibilities as needed.
