Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Belfast . This role is responsible for creating compelling visual displays that attract customers, enhance the shopping experience, and drive sales. You will work closely with the store management team to interpret brand direction and translate it into engaging store layouts and window displays. This is a hands-on role for someone with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for retail presentation in Northern Ireland .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement captivating in-store displays, window presentations, and floor layouts.
• Ensure all visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across the store.
• Collaborate with the store team to effectively merchandise products, highlighting key promotions and new arrivals.
• Monitor stock levels and plan displays to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
• Stay updated on current retail trends and competitor activities to inform visual strategies.
• Maintain the tidiness and appeal of all display areas within the Belfast store.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong artistic and creative flair with an excellent sense of colour, style, and layout.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into effective visual strategies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple displays in Belfast .
• A portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work is advantageous.
