Pay & Working Hours

£12.21 per hour

Monday to Friday

Choose from a range of shift patterns:

6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
10:00pm - 6:00am

About the Role

As a VNA Operative , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
• Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience
• Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
• Experience using stock management systems
• Valid FLT Licence (VNA experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
