Diamond Blaque HR Solutions partners with a London local authority to recruit an organised administrator with housing, repairs, voids, maintenance or property data experience. This short-term contract role supports the turnaround of empty homes, keeping voids records accurate and trackers up to date from day one.

You will update trackers, maintain data across IWorld, SharePoint and Teams, and help surveyors and managers with admin and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
