Voids Maintenance Joiner & Multi-Trader (Van Provided)

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Joiner / Multi-Trader to join the Empty Homes (Voids) Team. The role involves repairs, refurbishment, and high-standard work in empty council properties to prepare them for new residents.

Strong carpentry and basic multi-trade skills (plumbing, tiling) are required. The successful candidate will travel between properties, work independently, and maintain excellent workmanship and customer service throughout the process,
