Daniel Owen Ltd in the UK is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Operative to refurbish vacant social housing properties and hand them over to new tenants. You will work across carpentry, plumbing, painting and tiling, delivering high-quality finish in line with programmes and standards.

The role is permanent with secure long-term work, a company van and fuel card, on-call rota (1 in 7 weeks), and ongoing training. You’ll be part of a supportive Voids team focused on delivering excellent outcomes.
