Voids Surveyor

Local authority in Northamptonshire currently are looking for a voids surveyor to join their property services team for initially three months.

Purpose of the role: To be part of the day-to-day operational management of the Council’s Repairs and Maintenance Team, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function. Carrying out void surveys for specification, site safety visits, work in progress visits, snagging & post inspections.

Hybrid working

3 months initially

37 hours per week

£35 - £40 an hour
