Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard new volunteers, matching their skills and interests to organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver engaging volunteer training programs and ongoing support sessions.
• Manage volunteer schedules, track volunteer hours, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements
